- Candles are lovingly wrapped in sustainable tissue paper, then placed in a sturdy recyclable shipping box with just the right amount of protective biodegradable paper filler to keep them safe on their journey to you.
- Reed diffusers are also wrapped in sustainable tissue paper for a little unboxing magic, with the reeds placed alongside them inside the shipping box. This ensures they arrive in perfect condition without excess plastic or waste.

Candle Care:
- Trim the wick to 5mm before each burn
- Allow the wax to melt to the edges on the first burn
- Never leave a burning candle unattended
- Keep the candle free from foreign materials including matches and trimmings
Reed Diffuser Care:
- Place your diffuser in a well-ventilated area for best scent throw
- Flip the reeds every 1–2 weeks to refresh the fragrance
- Use all reeds for a stronger scent, or fewer for a lighter touch
- Allow 24–48 hours for the fragrance to fully infuse the room
- Keep away from direct sunlight and heat to prolong the scent
- Avoid placing directly on polished or delicate surfaces
