Shipping policy

 

New Product Launches

During new product launches we may receive a large number of orders within a very short period of time, we will aim to dispatch orders as soon as possible but please allow us 7-10 working days to ship your order. We will of course aim to ship sooner whenever we possibly can.

 

U.K. SHIPPING

We use Royal Mail Tracked 48hr service for shipping. If you have not received your order after 7 days from shipping notification please contact us at hello@everafterscentco.com

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS 

International customers are responsible for the costs of any local import duty and/or taxes that may be necessary upon receiving an order. 

For our international shipping we use Royal Mail International Tracked, Royal Mail aim to deliver within 5-7 working days and a tracking number will be available on request. However, we kindly ask you to allow up to 21 working days for successful delivery, as some orders may experience delays at customs.
